We used another agent before switching to Jessica and Jessica. We should have gone to them first! We were really impressed by the variety of marketing techniques and the accessibility. Our favorite part was the frequent text updates (and how quickly they sold our house after sitting on the market for months with the other agent)! We had been house shopping for 5 years, and our realtor told us she officially retired when we found the house we bought. The referral from our retiring realtor and the familiarity with Jessica through her active community engagement made her an easy choice.

Jessica Taplin was so incredibly helpful in every respect. She was positive and supportive when things were difficult. My property was not easy to sell and had many things that had to be addressed. I don't live in the area, which could have made things very difficult. Instead, Jessica was on hand to help out with advice, recommendations for people to help solve problems, meeting contractors, even doing a little handiwork on the fly when needed. I was out of the state at closing and she facilitated that aspect as well. I don't think I could have had a better broker and I thoroughly appreciated all she did to get this property sold.
